Brew Bros Licenced Eatery

I was pleasantly surprised by this place! I was craving French toast and was staying in the hotel attached and discovered it was served here. I didn't know what to expect, but the presentation alone sold me! The food along with eggs, sausage and Kale kick green juice were divine! I had to leave a tip as it was that amazing! They didn't have whipped cream for the toast so they gave me this matcha cream which was perfect. A must try!

Not many cafes opens before 8am and I found Brew Bros Sussex St while walking to Townhall on a rainy morning. The avocado delights were beautifully done. Highly recommended and the shop only operates on weekday.

Wonderful coffee place. We stayed in a hotel near by and enjoyed flat white almost every morning.

We stopped in to brew Brothers as it was close to our hotel. The breakfast was done really well. I had the big breakfast and my wife had the Italian scramble or something like that. The coffee was very good. We ended up stopping here every morning for breakfast and coffee. They also had really good muffins. We stopped by one morning when we had a little extra time for a treat. The staff were very friendly and professional. The café was in good order and clean. There was also seating outside available.

I ordered a fruit salad, beef skewers and a big breakfast. The freshly fried French fries were very crispy, the beef skewers were juicy and the breakfast also had my favorite cheese!! It was extremely delicious!! The staff were very enthusiastic and even helped us change to a larger table. It was wonderful!

Excellent small cafe. Great food and lovely coffee. Went there 2 mornings in a row, it was so good! Very reasonable prices also. Definitely recommend!!

I’ve ordered coffee from this place many times, but this was my first time dining in for lunch. The menu offers a great variety of options, from different styles of eggs to toast, yogurt, açaí, and more. I tried the bacon and egg roll and was pleasantly surprised by the addition of coleslaw, which really elevated the flavor. My friend ordered eggs on toast, and the only small suggestion would be to include an extra slice of toast, as the egg portion is quite generous. My coffee was slightly more bitter than usual, so I’m not sure if the shot was quite right. I’ve had coffee here many times before and it’s always been excellent, so this felt like a small inconsistency. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place, whether you’re stopping by for a takeaway coffee or sitting down to dine in.
